The extras, priced plainly

Digital Right to Rent identity checks are carried out by identity service providers certified under the government's Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (listed on GOV.UK), which you pay directly (typically a few pounds per check). Free official routes exist too, and the app records the outcome and follow-up dates whichever route you use.
BundleCreator.co is a separate product for court-ready bundles, priced on bundlecreator.co.
Gas, electrical and energy certificates are issued by the engineers and assessors you hire — the app tracks the dates and keeps the records; it can't do the inspection.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

What does "flat within a band" mean?

One price covers every property in the band. Three properties cost the same as two; you only move up when you cross into the next band (your fifth property moves you from £179 to £279 a year).

Does one subscription cover other ComplyWithMe products?

One account signs in to every ComplyWithMe app, but each sector has its own subscription — you only pay for the products you use.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time — your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your records stay on your device, and recording, your Compliance Score and one property's deadline alerts stay free; documents, exports and portfolio-wide alerts switch back on when a subscription is active. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including any 14-day cooling-off refund when you first subscribe.

Why is there no free trial of the paid tools?

There is — the first 72 hours unlock everything. And the free tier itself doesn't expire, so you can see exactly where you stand before paying anything.

Why do I subscribe on the website rather than in the app?

Because one ComplyWithMe account works on the web and in the app, the subscription lives with the account, not with a phone or an app store. You pay the same price however you reach us, and with no store commission added the launch price can be what it is. The app never asks for a card: subscribe at complywithme.co/subscribe, sign in to the app with the same email, and it unlocks on its own. If it doesn't, tap Refresh account access on the app's Subscription screen.
