This website sets no cookies. No advertising, no tracking. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service hosted in the EU: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, collects no personal data and cannot follow you across other sites. The same counter runs on our web checkout (landlord.complywithme.bundlecreator.co), so that we can see where people give up before paying. Some landlord guides include a short video from BundleCreator, our sister product. Until you press play the page shows a still image stored on this site and nothing is sent to YouTube; pressing play loads Google's reduced-tracking player from youtube-nocookie.com, which may store data in your browser for that playback and is covered by Google's privacy policy. The Landlord Exposure Check runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. The waitlist form sends only what you type in it. That is the whole story for complywithme.co today — this page exists so you can hold us to it.
When our account dashboard launches at app.complywithme.co, signing in will use a small number of strictly necessary cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) — session cookies and security (CSRF) protections that make sign-in work and keep it safe. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), regulation 6(4), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, and we set nothing beyond them — which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
If we ever introduce analytics cookies or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before anything is set, with non-essential cookies off by default and a control to change your choice at any time. We will not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security; Safari: Preferences → Privacy; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security; Edge: Settings → Cookies). Blocking strictly necessary cookies on the app dashboard will prevent sign-in.
