When our account dashboard launches at app.complywithme.co, signing in will use a small number of strictly necessary cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) — session cookies and security (CSRF) protections that make sign-in work and keep it safe. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), regulation 6(4), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, and we set nothing beyond them — which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
If we ever introduce analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before anything is set, with non-essential cookies off by default and a control to change your choice at any time. We will not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
